Chicken Omnibus is a growing local restaurant in Calgary, primarily serving Korean fried chicken, sweet & spicy chicken (Dakgangjeong), and simple Korean dishes. We are looking for a reliable and team-oriented Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen staff.

Our work environment is steady and manageable—lunch hours are generally quiet, with a busier rush during dinner service. The vast majority of our local Canadian customers love our food and appreciate our service, making it a outstanding and welcoming place to work.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook main menu items, focusing on Korean fried chicken and simple Korean dishes
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen work stations
- Assist with prep work and order fulfillment during peak hours

Qualifications & Preferences

- Preferred:



Prior experience working in a Korean restaurant or handling Korean cuisine
- Language: Korean language skills are NOT required
- Preferred: Valid Food Safety Certification or Culinary Certification (reflected in compensation)
- Beginners Welcome: Applicants with limited experience who are eager to learn are welcome—we offer thorough, friendly on-the-job training
