The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced cook to join our small kitchen team for daytime service.This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the rhythm of a busy brunch, takes pride in accuracy and consistency, and understands that in a tiny team, everyone contributes to making the whole kitchen work.
Part-time or full-time hours are available. Full time hours are best suited to someone who is happy and confident moving between line and prep shifts - bringing the same care, efficiency, and good energy to both. Part-time hours are available for line or prep exclusive roles.
What You’ll Do
- Work an active brunch line with speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Prepare ingredients and recipes to C&Q; standards
- Keep your station clean, organized, stocked, and service-ready
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively within a small BOH team and with FOH
- Contribute to prep, cleaning, opening, closing, and the everyday work of a well-run kitchen
- Follow food safety and quality standards
Who We’re Looking For You have professional kitchen experience and are comfortable working a busy service. You’re organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in doing things well.Just as importantly, you enjoy being part of a small team. You communicate well, pitch in where needed, and genuinely enjoy the craft and camaraderie of hospitality.Pay & Perks
Starting at $23/hour, negotiable based on experience and capacity to contribute, plus an above-average tip-out.
Availability: Minimum 2 days/week, including at least one weekend day. Greater availability is required for full-time hours.
