Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you'll be an essential part of preparing delicious, high-quality dishes in a lively restaurant setting. You’ll work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure that every meal meets our standards for taste, presentation, and food safety. Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation and cooking of menu items, following established recipes and standards.
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes efficiently during service hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Support the team in meal prep tasks to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Help with inventory management by noting stock levels and reporting shortages or issues.




- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to facilitate smooth operations.

Experience

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is required.
- Familiarity with food handling, safety regulations, and basic cooking techniques is a plus.
- Experience in meal preparation or working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is beneficial.
- Knowledge of the food industry standards related to cleanliness, safety, and quality assurance.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
