The Operations Specialist will report to the Manager of learning platforms customer success. This is a role that is AI-forward and will be of interest to one who is keen to deliver customer outcomes and improving efficiency and scale of workflows that directly contribute to customer success.

- Customer Support Channel Coverage
- Define the customer experience by being the voice and advocate of every customer inquiry
- Be available atleast between 9:00am – 1:00pm Eastern

- Learning Platform Upgrades

- Setup Staging Environment
- Orchestrate/Execute Testing in Staging
- Remediate any Testing issues
- Update the Deployment Plan
- Overnight Deployments – 9pm – 12am Eastern

- Learning Platform Upgrade Playbook Prep

- Setup Research Environment (mock production)
- Create scenarios for all our supported themes & plugins
- Experiment with Upgrades versions
- Experiment with any required Remediations
- Create recent Deployment Script / Runbook

- Implementation Consultant for new Clients

- Help clients achieve their learning outcomes by setting up new environments




- Triage and address issues as they arise
- Create a strong implementaiton foundation for on-going customer support

- Post-AI Academy

- Be a key team member in creating a course that teaches professionals to operate as departments in a post-AI workforce
- Leverage and experiement with a variety of AI tools and models to redefine cutting edge workflows
- Take insights from research and encapsulate them within learning artifacts for wide dissementaiton across our client ecosystem

Preference for professionals who are:
- Have previous experience with a Learning Management System i.e. Moodle, Blackbaud, Canvas
