Position: Logistics & Fulfillment Associate
NutraLab Canada Corporation is one of Canada’s premier contract manufacturers of natural health supplements. We are seeking a Logistics & Fulfillment Associate to join our Fulfillment team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
- Prepare shipping documents, packing slips, labels, and other required paperwork.
- Coordinate daily shipments with couriers, freight carriers, and logistics providers.
- Arrange pickups and deliveries and monitor shipments through completion.
- Prepare products for shipment, including overseeing picking, packing, labeling, palletizing, and staging orders.
- Verify products, quantities, lot numbers, and shipping information before dispatch.
- Receive incoming goods and verify shipments against purchase orders and documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and investigation of inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure products are stored and handled according to company procedures, quality standards, and applicable customer requirements.
- Communicate shipment status, delays, shortages, or discrepancies to appropriate departments.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Sales, Purchasing, and Quality teams as required.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and fulfillment area.
- Follow company SOPs, health and safety requirements, and applicable GMP procedures.
- Assist with returns, damaged shipments, and other logistics issues.
- Perform other warehouse, logistics, and fulfillment duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- 2+ years' experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple orders and meet shipping deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory, ERP, shipping, or order-management systems preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to safely lift and move cartons and materials as required.
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated, food, pharmaceutical, or natural health product workplace is an asset.
- Reliable, accountable, and able to follow established procedures and documentation requirements.
