The Shelter Resource Worker reports directly to the Site Manager while delivering essential services to adults facing homelessness and health issues. Key Responsibilities:



• Provide assistance and supervision for vulnerable adults • Accept referrals and liaise with external resources • Refer guests to community services and support • Maintain accurate records and statistical data • Adhere to health and safety protocols for shelter operation

Requirements: • Minimum Grade 12 education plus two years related experience • Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certification • Familiarity with addiction and mental health resources • Strong communication and organizational skills required • Criminal Record Clearance – Vulnerable Sector mandatory
