Position Overview:

The Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring our vehicle lot is orderly, clean, and presentable. You will manage the display and organization of vehicles, assist with inventory tracking, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and organize vehicle inventory on the lot
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and prepared for display or customer delivery
- Perform lot checks to ensure all vehicles are accounted for and in their designated spaces
- Assist with moving and arranging vehicles as needed for sales and service departments
- Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and report any issues or damages to management
- Manage inventory, including lot organization and stock checks
- Keep dealership lot, entrances, and display areas clean and tidy




- Assist with vehicle deliveries, including staging vehicles and completing prep work
- Support dealership team members as required with vehicle-related tasks

Qualifications:

- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving both manual and automatic transmissions
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership or similar setting is a plus

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
