As a Lube or Apprentice Technician at Kramer Mazda. You will support technicians and perform routine maintenance while developing your skills toward a long-term career in automotive service. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks
- Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and accurately report findings
- Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle condition, recommended repairs, and timelines
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all work performed
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and shop policies at all times
- Stay current with automotive technology, tools, and training requirements
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Comfortable standing, lifting, and working with tools for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Own your own basic hand tools
- Full-time position
- Daytime shifts with rotational Saturdays
Compensation: $17-$19 hourly
