Job Summary

Kingswood Cabinets is seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Worker to support the maintenance and operation of our manufacturing facility and equipment. The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure machinery, building systems, and production equipment remain safe and fully operational.

Responsibilities

- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Maintain production equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical components.
- Inspect equipment and building systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Complete maintenance records, work orders, and inventory documentation.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production and management teams.
- Install, test, and commission new equipment and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company standards.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers as required.

Qualifications

- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial,



or facility environment preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation.
- Robust organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, climbing, and working in various facility environments.
