Goose, ours is built on craftsmanship, purpose and the spirit of exploration. As Lead, Corporate Communications, you'll help shape how that story is told around the world. You'll lead our global corporate communications strategy, partnering across the business to showcase the people, ideas and moments that define Canada Goose while creating meaningful connections with media, stakeholders and communities.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute the global corporate communications strategy aligned with business and brand priorities.

Manage corporate communications agencies in leading proactive and reactive media relations, including story development, messaging, press materials, interview preparation and issues management.





Build and maintain strong relationships with key media to maximize earned opportunities and support a consistent, credible corporate voice.

Develop compelling corporate narratives that highlight the company's heritage, innovation, sustainability and business priorities.

Support senior leaders on executive communications, thought leadership, media training and speaking engagements.

Develop and maintain corporate communications materials, including press releases, executive briefing documents, presentations, media kits and fact sheets.

Manage budgets, reporting and performance, while measuring impact and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Let’s Talk About You

6–8 years of progressive experience in corporate communications and public relations, ideally within a global luxury, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brand.

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with experience supporting executive communications and media relations.

Strong understanding of the Canadian and U.S. media landscape; global experience is an asset.

Demonstrated experience managing agencies, budgets and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

Strategic, proactive and creatively driven with a results-oriented mindset.

Experience advising on high-profile communications, issues management and reputational matters.

Salary Range

Salary Range: $102,000.00 - $141,000.00 / year About the salary range: We’re committed to being open and fair about pay. The range provided is intended as a guideline and does not represent a guaranteed offer. When we make an offer, we consider the responsibilities of the position, market data, and internal equity to ensure consistency across our team. Your actual offer will depend on your experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
