Marketing Assistant

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day delivery of marketing activities from our Vancouver office. You’ll work across campaign coordination, marketing materials, research, communications, and administrative tasks while supporting the wider marketing team.This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in developing practical experience across different areas of marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns and activities
- Prepare and organize marketing materials, presentations, and documents
- Assist with content, email, promotional, and digital marketing activities
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and campaign information
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on marketing requirements
- Track campaign tasks, deadlines, and deliverables




- Help maintain accurate marketing records and databases
- Assist with events, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives
- Monitor basic campaign activity and help prepare reports
- Support general marketing administration and project coordination

Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, administration, customer engagement, or a related field is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and common workplace systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
