Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our promotional efforts and customer engagement initiatives. This role involves direct interaction with potential customers through door-to-door sales activities, including hanging flyers and encouraging sign-ups. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, particularly in English, and possess their own vehicle to facilitate outreach efforts.

Training will be provided to ensure success in the role. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales and marketing skills in a energetic environment.

Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door sales by distributing flyers and engaging with potential customers
- Promote our products or services effectively to encourage sign-ups and customer interest
- Follow training guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and sales techniques
- Manage your own transportation to reach various neighborhoods and locations efficiently




- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude during all interactions
- Keep accurate records of customer engagements and sign-up progress
- Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing goals and improve outreach strategies

Experience

- Strong understanding of the English language is essential for clear communication with potential customers
- Prior experience in door-to-door sales or direct customer engagement is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Must have reliable transportation, such as a personal car, to facilitate daily outreach activities
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching targets and engaging with diverse audiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 – 24.0 per week
