Position: MARKETING COORDINATOR

Location: Long Sault, ON

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will support our Sales team and development and execute marketing strategies to promote Igloo Building Supplies Group Ltd.’s products and services. This role involves coordinating campaigns, managing digital content, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment and team oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support sales growth, recruitment initiatives, and brand awareness.
- Coordinate and maintain content across company websites, social media platforms, and digital marketing channels.
- Create and manage marketing calendars, ensuring campaigns, events, and promotions are delivered on schedule.
- Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, product catalogs, case studies, presentations, and promotional items.
- Write and edit content for social media, website updates, email campaigns, advertisements, and internal communications.
- Monitor and respond to website inquiries and support lead generation activities.
- Coordinate trade shows, customer appreciation events, and industry conferences, including logistics, promotional materials, and signage.




- Assist with company branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all locations, departments, and communication channels.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, graphic designers, printers, photographers, and advertising partners.
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives by promoting career opportunities and employer branding campaigns.
- Capture and coordinate photos, videos, customer testimonials, and project success stories for marketing purposes.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using websites, social media, and email analytics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer communications while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist in developing digital advertising campaigns, including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and industry-specific platforms.
- Support product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
- Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, HR, and Leadership teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
- Help develop customer-focused content showcasing building materials, construction products, logistics services, and Arctic project solutions.
- Monitor online reviews, social media engagement,



and customer feedback to help maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Maintain inventory and ordering of promotional merchandise, branded apparel, signage, and marketing supplies.
- Support internal communications initiatives that promote company culture, employee engagement, and organizational updates.

Qualifications:

- Experience with WordPress, website management, and Content Management Systems (CMS) would be considered an asset.
- Experience creating and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- Photography, videography, and content creation experience would be considered an asset.
- Experience in construction, building materials, retail, distribution, or logistics industries would be considered an asset.
- Robust project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position with regular business hours.
- Occasional travel may be required to attend trade shows.
- Overtime may be required based on order volume and Sealift deadlines.
