GLOW Beauty Bar is an award-winning boutique facial spa in Etobicoke, known for results-driven treatments delivered in a relaxing, medical-grade environment. We're growing our body treatment offering and looking for a skilled massage therapist to join our contractor team.
The role
We're looking for an employee or independent contractor to provide lymphatic drainage massage and relaxation/therapeutic massage, available at least one day per week on a Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday (your choice of day/days, to be confirmed based on fit with our schedule).
What you'll do
- Perform lymphatic drainage massage treatments for clients, following GLOW's protocols and client care standards
- Provide relaxation and therapeutic massage services as part of our expanding body treatment menu
- Conduct brief client consultations to tailor each session to individual needs
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment room in line with GLOW's clinical-but-comfortable standard
- Communicate professionally with our front desk and management team on scheduling and client care
What you'll need
- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) designation with active CMTO registration, or certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (e.g., Vodder, Chikly, or equivalent recognized training)
- Current professional liability insurance
- Availability for at least one day per week — Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday
- A professional, warm manner that fits a luxury spa environment focused on client experience and results
- Comfort working as an independent contractor (you'll manage your own insurance, taxes, and skilled registration)
Compensation Commission-based, competitive with industry standards — details discussed at interview.
