Mariani and Associates is seeking a master’s-level mental health professional to join our clinical team in Sudbury, Ontario on a full-time or part-time basis.

Your specific responsibilities will reflect your education, professional designation, competencies, experience, scope of practice, and supervision requirements.
Depending on your background, your role may include:
- Conducting clinical intake interviews
- Providing individual psychotherapy
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Building strong therapeutic relationships with clients
- Developing case conceptualizations
- Providing evidence-informed psychological interventions
- Monitoring treatment progress and adjusting goals when appropriate
- Working with a variety of psychological and emotional concerns
- Participating in psychological assessment activities appropriate to your training and role
- Administering and/or scoring psychological measures where appropriate
- Completing clinical documentation, treatment summaries, and reports
- Participating in case consultation and clinical supervision
- Collaborating with psychologists, psychotherapists, physicians, rehabilitation professionals, insurers, and other professionals
- Communicating with referral sources when clinically appropriate
- Maintaining ethical, confidential, and professional clinical records
- Participating in continued professional learning and development

Who We're Looking For You may be a strong candidate if you are:
- Registered Psychotherapist
- An RP or RP (Qualifying) interested in developing your psychotherapy practice within a psychological clinic.
- Master's-Level Psychology Graduate
- Someone with graduate-level psychology education who wants meaningful clinical experience and continued professional development.
- Future Psychological Associate
- A master's-level psychology professional interested in developing toward registration as a Psychological Associate in Ontario.
- Experienced Mental Health Clinician
- A clinician looking for a collaborative environment where you can continue building your practice and professional interests.

Qualifications
Candidates should have
- A master's degree or higher in psychology, counselling psychology, psychotherapy, clinical psychology, or a closely related mental health field
- Appropriate professional registration, registration eligibility, or a recognized pathway toward registration relevant to the position
- Graduate-level education and clinical training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Understanding of confidentiality and professional ethics
- Ability to establish appropriate therapeutic boundaries
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to evidence-informed and client-centred care
