Summary

Bluewater Group is looking for a Material Analyst to join their Supply Chain & Logistics team in Conception Bay South NL. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a large role in supporting the Materials Team and Quality Coordinator. We are seeking a confident, hard working and self motivated individual who will thrive in a busy, fast paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Support to the Materials Team

- Process Goods Receipts in Warehouse Management System
- Complete bin to bin transfers
- Maintain Incoming PO Log and update accordingly
- Complete transactions in client warehouse system as requested (ex: RTS, RGRs, GIs, etc)
- Support warehouse team: answer questions, offer guidance
- Maintain diligent understanding of warehouse processes, including receiving / put away / picks / goods issue / returns.




- Communicate with the clients via email to provide information/resolutions to their requests in a professional and effective manner
- Uphold and practice a safe working environment per site and company policies

Support to the Quality Team

- Review and sign off on entry level receiving files
- Communicating quarantine issues
- Sourcing required documentation for the release of quarantined material
- Working to resolve and close out quarantine issues
- Document control

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

- Supply Chain certificate/diploma an asset
- 2-3 years relatable warehousing/materials experience
- Experience working in SAP an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word / Excel / SharePoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a challenging, fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maturity, professionalism, and a high level of confidentially
- Detail oriented
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Willingness to take initiative / self-motivated
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task
