Responsibilities

- Assist in meat butchery and meat cutting processes, ensuring precise portioning and trimming according to specifications
- Operate packaging machinery to prepare products for shipment, maintaining efficiency and accuracy
- Follow strict sanitation protocols to uphold food safety standards throughout the production area
- Conduct quality checks on meat products to verify freshness, appearance, and adherence to safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment
- Support the setup and operation of manufacturing equipment, including mechanical troubleshooting when necessary




- Follow all safety procedures related to food processing, sanitation, and machinery operation

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food industry manufacturing or meat processing is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of butchery techniques and meat cutting is a plus
- Familiarity with packaging processes and food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Mechanical knowledge or experience operating manufacturing equipment is advantageous
- Strong commitment to sanitation practices and food safety standards
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and participate in ongoing training
