At Cameron Landscaping we are a year-round landscaping and snow removal company. We are a year round commercial landscaping and snow removal company. We are presently undergoing an expansion and we are looking to hire a mechanic to join our team. You will be responsible for servicing, overseeing, maintaining and repairs of all our landscape maintenance, snow removal and commercial salting fleet/equipment. Can delegate and mange team as well as complete given task.

Please note the pay rate will be based on your level of knowledge and understanding of the job and equipment. Someone to go above and beyond in their task and duties. Can follow through on deadlines.

Summer equipment:

-gas powered line trimmers, back pack blowers, push mowers, hedge trimmers

-4x4 pickup trucks and trailers, skid steers, roto tillers, and

-Kubota zero turns and F Series ride on mowers and other lawn maintenance equipment's, etc

Winter equipment:

-4x4 pickup trucks, F Series mowers with plow attached, front end loaders, AG farm tractors, heavy dump trucks

-gas powered snow blowers, pickup plows with rear salters and other commercial snow removal equipment as fleet grows, etc

- Valid Ontario license. Valid AZ/DZ asset
- 2-4 years experience
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment
- Ability to lift 60lbs




- Moving vehicles and equipment between job sites
- Parts pickup
- Ensure shop area is tidy
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work workplace
- Mechanically inclined
- Manual dexterity
- Knowledge of tire rotations, tire changes oil changes
- Combination of standing, walking and kneeling
- Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical

Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment is a must
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
