Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Medical Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare, beauty treatments, and client care, with a strong background in aesthetic services. As a Medical Aesthetician, you will deliver personalized skincare treatments, educate clients on skincare products and procedures, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience while supporting the clinic’s growth through retail sales and product demonstrations.

Duties

- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including Coolsculpting, laser,microneedling with RF and without, oxygen facials with precision and professionalism.
- Provide excellent guest services by understanding client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and available treatment options to promote optimal results.
- Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products, upselling relevant treatments, and increasing client satisfaction.




- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas in accordance with health regulations.
- Support front desk activities by scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling inquiries efficiently.
- Stay current with industry trends and new treatment techniques to continually enhance service offerings.

Requirements

- Proven experience in skincare and medical aesthetic treatments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment.
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and promote retail products confidently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in retail sales or guest services is highly desirable.
- Certification or licensing in esthetics or related fields is required; ongoing education is an asset.
