AAA Clinics is a medical aesthetics practice specializing in injectable and anti-aging treatments. We're hiring for a multi-faceted role at our North York location, combining hands-on aesthetic treatments, patient consultation, and marketing support.

About the Role

You'll perform non-invasive aesthetic treatments, guide patients through treatment planning and product recommendations, and contribute to the clinic's marketing and social media presence. This role suits someone comfortable moving between hands-on clinical work, patient-facing sales conversations, and content/marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and other non-invasive aesthetic treatments
- Consult with patients on treatment plans and recommend relevant packages, add-ons, and skincare products
- Support retail and skincare product sales
- Create and manage social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and assist with in-clinic promotions
- Contribute to marketing initiatives such as email campaigns and seasonal offers
- Provide a consistently excellent patient experience, including follow-up and retention outreach

Required Qualifications





- Certification/diploma in esthetics or medical aesthetics
- Hands-on experience with facials, peels, microneedling, and related treatments
- Comfortable with consultative, sales-oriented patient conversations
- Experience creating or managing social media content
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Legally entitled to work in Canada

An Asset

- Experience in aesthetic clinic setting
- Photography or video editing skills for content creation
- Experience with booking/CRM software
- Additional languages relevant to our patient base
