Advance Auto Service is looking for a dependable and motivated Mechanic’s Helper / Entry-Level Automotive Technician to join our team.

This is a good opportunity for someone who has some mechanical experience, enjoys working on vehicles and wants to develop their skills in the automotive trade.

Duties may include:

Assisting licensed technicians with repairs

Oil changes and routine maintenance

Tire removal, installation and rotations

Basic brake, steering and suspension work

Vehicle inspections and shop support

Moving vehicles and keeping work areas organized

Learning additional mechanical repairs as experience develops

We are looking for someone who:

Has a genuine interest in automotive repair

Has some hands-on mechanical experience

Is dependable and willing to learn

Works well with others

Has a valid driver’s license

Takes pride in doing quality work

Previous shop experience or automotive schooling is an asset
