Responsibilities

- Collect blood samples through venipuncture (phlebotomy) ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Prepare and process laboratory specimens with meticulous attention to detail
- Perform routine laboratory tests using various analyzers and equipment, adhering to standardized procedures
- Analyze data accurately, interpret results, and document findings clearly in reports
- Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols, infection control standards, and quality assurance measures
- Assist with inventory management of lab supplies and reagents to ensure uninterrupted workflow




- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to communicate test results promptly and accurately

Qualifications

- Prior hospital experience or exposure to clinical laboratory environments is highly preferred
- Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques with demonstrated ability to draw blood efficiently and safely (Can also do ESG, Hall monitor, Blood pressure etc)
- Robust understanding of medical terminology for accurate documentation and communication
- Laboratory experience involving sample processing, testing procedures, or data analysis skills is essential
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and infection control standards
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
