Ridge Meadows Pediatrics is a pediatric specialist clinic providing medical and developmental care for children and youth from birth to 18 years of age. We offer comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and ongoing care for a wide range of pediatric conditions, including ADHD, autism, asthma, allergies, dermatological conditions, growth, and developmental concerns. Families trust us for expert care, clear communication, and a patient-centered approach close to home.

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly organized Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our busy pediatric specialist practice in Maple Ridge

This position will initially be part-time (two days per week), with the potential to transition into a full-time position (five days per week) for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

- Greeting patients and families in a professional and welcoming manner
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Managing referrals, correspondence, and medical documentation
- Maintaining accurate patient records within the EMR system
- Assisting physicians with administrative and clerical tasks




- Coordinating communication with other healthcare providers and community services

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Medical Office Assistant
- Experience working in a specialist medical office is preferred
- Robust organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Professional, reliable and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with electronic medical record systems
- Experience using Accuro EMR is an asset

Compensation Starting wage will be determined based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.
