In this role, you'll report directly to the Supervisor – Supplier Quality, spearheading the supplier development initiatives while ensuring compliance and enhancing operational metrics. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the implementation of supplier performance metrics • Manage product audits to ensure quality compliance • Facilitate risk analyses for critical supplies • Support suppliers in project timelines and improvements • Ensure accurate documentation of non-conformance issues
Requirements: • 3-5 years’ experience in supplier sourcing and quality • Expertise in APQP and inspection processes • Engineering degree or equivalent experience required • Proficient in using MS Office for reporting • Must possess work authorization for Canada
