Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Perform body waxing treatments safely and hygienically, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients’ needs, offering professional advice, and building lasting relationships
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a secure environment for clients and staff
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance the client’s experience and increase revenue opportunities
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options,



aftercare instructions, and product recommendations
- Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies for efficient service delivery

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with strong skills in nail care and beauty treatments
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques and best practices for sanitation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining a positive client experience
- Strong understanding of sanitation standards and safety procedures in a salon setting
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing attentive customer service
- Retail sales experience is a plus, along with a proactive attitude towards promoting salon offerings
