National Product Manager

About the Role A leading manufacturer of commercial equipment is looking for a National Product Manager to support product growth, industry relationships, and technical sales initiatives across Canada.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys working with customers, consultants, dealers, and internal sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product certifications and ensure compliance across Canada
- Develop robust relationships with commercial kitchen consultants, dealers, designers, and planners
- Provide product training, education, and technical support to customers and industry partners
- Increase product specifications and brand presence within commercial projects
- Act as a national resource for product installations, design questions, and technical escalations
- Support sales teams with product launches, presentations, training, and competitive information
- Work with Marketing on market analysis and product strategy




- Develop business plans with sales teams to grow consultant and dealer relationships
- Support field teams with customer and consultant meetings
- Drive adoption and usage of connected technology solutions

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in product management, or a related field
- Experience with key account management is an asset
- Strong ability to present and explain technical products
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills

Travel

- 60%+ travel across Canada, including overnight stays
- Occasional international travel
