Join the Sunview Custom Homes team as a New Home Sales Associate and play an important role in guiding prospective homeowners through the exciting process of purchasing their new home. We are looking for an experienced, motivated sales professional who understands the new home building industry and is confident building relationships, managing leads, and converting opportunities into sales.

As a key representative of Sunview Custom Homes, you will work directly with prospective buyers in our show homes, helping them explore available homes, floor plans, lots, communities, and building options. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, proactive, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Previous new home sales experience is required for this position. Candidates must also have a valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle to travel between our show homes, communities, and office as required.

Duties

- Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and timeline, providing personalized information and show home tours
- Guide clients through the new home sales process, from initial inquiry and lead follow-up through to purchase
- Present available homes, floor plans, lots, communities, specifications, upgrades, and building options
- Maintain consistent and professional follow-up with prospective buyers to develop relationships and convert leads into sales
- Confidently discuss pricing, promotions, deposits, purchase terms, and available options with prospective homeowners
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, appointments, property visits, follow-ups, and sales activities
- Maintain current knowledge of available inventory, pricing, promotions, community developments, and upcoming releases
- Work closely with management, marketing, administration, construction, and other internal teams to provide clients with accurate and timely information
- Assist with open houses, community events,



sales initiatives, promotions, and other lead-generation activities
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming show home environment
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, online lead platforms, and in person.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the purchasing process while representing Sunview Custom Homes professionally
- Work toward individual and company sales goals and actively contribute to overall sales performance

Skills & Requirements

- Previous new home sales experience is required
- Valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle are required
- Strong understanding of the recent home sales and construction process
- Proven ability to develop leads, build relationships, negotiate, and close sales
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to independently manage a sales pipeline
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, confident, personable, and comfortable working directly with prospective homeowners
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine interest in helping clients find the right home.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, email, Google Workspace, and other digital sales tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader Sunview Custom Homes team
- Available to work show home hours, including evenings and weekends
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are considered an asset
