Description
We’re excited to launch Next Gen, a new Canadian Cancer Society community that connects young adults (ages 19-35) with opportunities to volunteer, advocate, learn, lead, and make an impact.
To celebrate the launch, Next Gen will be activating at the CIBC Run for the Cure in Toronto alongside RIOT (Research Information Outreach Team) — a volunteer group of cancer research trainees who help make research more accessible and understandable for the public.
We're looking for volunteers to help capture the energy and excitement of the Next Gen x RIOT activation through photo and video content. You'll play an important role in telling the story of the day, highlighting the community, connections, and impact created at the event while inspiring other young adults to get involved. Content captured may be featured in future social media, website content, marketing materials, volunteer recruitment efforts, and other Next Gen and RIOT promotions.
