Perennial delivers integrated primary care and wellness services directly within retirement residences, combining on-site and virtual care to meet seniors where they are. Our interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses,

physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and massage therapists works together with one clear mission: to keep residents healthy, active, and comfortable in their own homes.

We are seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan. Ideally, seeking an NP to work 1 to 3 days per week (Days only, no evenings, no weekends) with flexibility around specific days and hours to best fit your schedule. A consistent weekly schedule will be established, so you will have set clinic days each week.

Qualifications

- Clinical Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on nursing practice, ideally in primary care, urgent care, geriatrics, or a related setting.
- Education: Master of Nursing (MN) or equivalent graduate degree with a clinical

focus.
- NP Certification: Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program (MN or

post-master’s certificate).
- Licensure:



Current registration in good standing with the College of Registered

Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) as an NP.
- Clinical Skills: Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic

health conditions.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven

ability to support and educate older adults, families, and caregivers.
- Teamwork: Comfortable collaborating in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Passion for Seniors’ Health: Demonstrated interest or experience
