About the Role The Operations Associate supports meat processing activities across the plant, including cutting, trimming, packaging, sanitation, and general production tasks. This is a physical, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

- Perform production tasks (cutting, trimming, deboning, packaging)
- Operate tools and machinery (including saws/blades)
- Support harvesting/kill floor operations
- Rotate between departments as needed
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards




- Follow all health & safety procedures and use PPE
- Assist with end-of-shift clean-up and sanitation

What You Bring

- Ability to perform repetitive physical work
- Comfortable working with raw meat, cold temperatures, noise, and strong odors
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Team-oriented attitude

Assets (Nice to Have)

- Experience in food manufacturing or meat processing
- Knife skills or willingness to learn
- Knowledge of HACCP/GMPs

Physical Requirements

- Standing for long periods
- Lifting/pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs (with or without assistance)
- Working in cold/refrigerated environments
