We are looking for a Full time Operations Support Staff to join our Sherwood Park Corporate Office. This role involves supporting operations, including: logistics planning, inventorying, purchasing, and data entry, and other related tasks, including potentially learning products and quoting.

What we are looking for:

- Logistics planning experience is an asset
- Building supply purchasing experience is an asset
- Experience with multi-location inventories and data entry is an asset

- Strong customer service skills




- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work some overtime or weekends as needed
- Post-Secondary diploma or working towards degree is a significant asset

What you would do:

- Assist Operations Support Specialist with daily tasks
- Assist in purchasing and inventorying
- Assist in logistics planning and compliance
- Learn products, quoting, estimating, and data entry pipelines
- Problem solve and trouble shoot logistics, inventory, and other related operations
- Assist in other duties, including receptionist coverage when required

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
