CITYEDGE VISION CENTRE is a specialized ophthalmology practice with a fully equipped refractive cataract surgery suite. We pride ourselves on being a community-based medical eye care with a wide range of services and are an accredited out of hospital premises (OHP). We offer a supportive small team environment and are looking for a current ophthalmic technician to join our clinical team.
If you are an experienced ophthalmic technician or have relevant experience from a similiar setting such as a optometry clinic or ophthalmology office, we encourage you to apply.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, a desire to work as a team, and the ability to multi-task.
Our ophthalmic technicians perform high quality diagnostic testing (visual field, ocular coherence tomography, IOL master, corneal topography, etc) as ordered by our ophthalmologist. A qualified candidate has the appropriate experience and knowledge to use all of the diagnostic equipment, experienced with EMR for managing patient data and is tech savvy and able to work on multiple interfaces and platforms.
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
