Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting eyewear and accessories, providing detailed product information based on their needs.
- Manage retail sales transactions accurately using retail math skills; process payments efficiently.
- Regularly reach out to the clients over the phone to communicate updates on jobs and services.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries about eyewear.
- Collaborate with the Optometrists and Opticians to ensure seamless patient experiences across clinic and retail environments.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with various types of clients in person and on phone.
- Prior experience in optical sales or optical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of terminology related to eyewear, is preferred.
- Background in retail sales management, retail math, or retail management is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
