Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Osteopathic Manual Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team.

The practitioner will provide individualized osteopathic manual therapy to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, restore function, and support overall well-being. This is an excellent opportunity to build and grow a patient caseload in a professional and supportive private clinic environment.

Responsibilities

- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on osteopathic manual therapy, including soft-tissue techniques and joint mobilization.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate patients on treatment, home care, posture, and mobility.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Communicate professionally with patients and other healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with the clinic’s multidisciplinary team when appropriate.




- Maintain all required skilled registration, membership, and liability insurance.

Qualifications
- Qualified/registered Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.
- Membership with OAO, OOA, SOCATO professional organization, as applicable.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-centred approach.
- Ability to work independently as an independent contractor.

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
