Overview

We are looking for an energetic, motivated Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and grow existing customer relationships in the shipping container sales and rental industry.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting customers face-to-face, finding solutions, and closing deals. You’ll work with businesses across construction, agriculture, manufacturing, oil & gas, transportation, retail, and other industries that need secure, flexible storage solutions.

What You’ll Do

- Prospect for new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, and other sales activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Sell and rent shipping containers in a variety of sizes and configurations
- Visit customer locations to understand their storage and operational needs
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales and rental agreements
- Identify opportunities for additional sales, rentals, and long-term customer relationships
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in our CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle
- Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Stay informed about market conditions, competitors, and customer needs





What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Confident communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to win business
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and customer accounts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in construction, equipment rental, logistics, transportation, industrial sales, or storage is an asset — but not required
