Outside Sales Representative — Flooring | Calgary Multi-Family Flooring is looking for a driven, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing Calgary team.
This is not a sit-at-a-desk sales job.
We’re looking for someone who loves being out in the market, meeting people, finding opportunities, building relationships and closing deals.
If you’re the type of person who doesn’t need to be told what to do every morning—and your motivation comes from winning business and getting paid for your results—this could be the chance you’ve been looking for.

What you’ll be doing
Develop new business throughout Calgary and surrounding areas
Build relationships with builders, developers, designers, contractors and other industry professionals
Prospect for new opportunities and turn them into customers
Maintain and grow existing accounts
Prepare quotes and follow up aggressively on opportunities
Get out in the field and meet potential customers face-to-face
Manage your sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing
Represent Multi-Family Flooring professionally in the marketplace

You should be
Extremely self-motivated
Comfortable making cold calls and knocking on doors
Confident talking to decision-makers
Persistent—you don’t give up after the first “no”
Organized and able to manage your own schedule A strong communicator and relationship builder
Results-driven and motivated by commission and unlimited earning potential
