Owner-Operator Delivery Partner

Own a reliable vehicle and want delivery work that can grow with you?

Speer Logistics is expanding its local delivery-partner team. We support multiple distribution centres across London, which means our drivers may have access to different types of routes, clients, and delivery opportunities throughout the week.

This is more than a one-route, one-customer position. We are looking for dependable owner-operators who want to build a working relationship with a growing local logistics company.

Your Vehicle Can Create More Opportunity

We welcome drivers with a suitable SUV, minivan, cargo van, Sprinter, or Ford Transit.

Cargo vans, Sprinters, and Ford Transits are especially valuable because they can service a wider range of our clients, including larger parcels and higher-volume routes. Owners of these vehicles may be considered for more opportunities across different London locations throughout the week, which can lead to greater route availability and earning potential.

Pay & Earnings

- $2.00–$7.00 per stop, based on the route, parcel size, service area, and customer requirements.
- Some work may be offered on an agreed flat daily rate, depending on the route and service needed.
- Typical weekly gross earning potential is $600–$1,000, based on vehicle type, availability, assigned routes, and completed deliveries.

What You’ll Do You will take ownership of your assigned route, from loading and organizing parcels to completing deliveries properly and keeping dispatch updated.

- Pick up, load, organize, and deliver parcels throughout London and surrounding areas.
- Use your smartphone for navigation, scanning, route updates, and proof of delivery.
- Deliver packages safely, accurately, and on time.
- Keep clear communication with dispatch and station staff.




- Complete delivery records and required documentation.
- Perform basic pre-shift vehicle checks and keep your vehicle safe and road-ready.
- Represent Speer Logistics professionally with customers, clients, and the public.

What We’re Looking For

- You live in London, ON, or within approximately 45 minutes of London.
- You own a reliable SUV, minivan, cargo van, Sprinter, or Transit suitable for delivery work.
- You hold a valid Ontario G-Class driver’s licence.
- You have at least 6 months of professional driving experience.
- You can provide a clean 3-year driver’s abstract with zero demerit points.
- You can provide a clean background check.
- You can safely lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- You have a reliable smartphone with data.
- You are comfortable with GPS, route navigation, scanning, and delivery technology.
- You are organized, punctual, safety-focused, and able to work independently.
- You communicate professionally and take pride in positive customer service.

Previous courier, parcel, or delivery experience is an asset, but a strong work ethic and reliable attendance matter just as much. Why Partner With Speer Logistics?
