Job Summary

Under the direction of a Packaging Supervisor, the Packaging Operator is responsible for performing various packaging tasks. These include labelling syringes, assembling packaging components into finished products, and assisting in maintaining inventory.

Major Responsibilities

- Labels all components under the direction and guidance of the Packaging Equipment Operator.
- Assists in setting up equipment and labelling components.
- Performs physical inspection of syringes.
- Assembles Prollenium products during the operation of the packaging line.




- Complies with ISO 13485 systems and cGMP requirements.
- Receives and inspects supplies.
- Maintains inventory of components.
- Acts as a backup for the Packaging Equipment Operator.
- Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

Technical Knowledge and Experience

- Knowledge of Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Work experience in a medical or pharmaceutical packaging environment.
- Experience using general packaging equipment.
- Experience working in an ISO 13485 environment.
- High school or community college graduate.

Working Conditions

- The incumbent sits or stands for two to three hours at a time.

NOTE: This role is a 6-months contract role The position is based in Richmond Hill. Note: We use AI-enabled tools to support certain aspects of our recruitment process.

Pay: $42,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
