Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with customers in a friendly, qualified manner to enhance their experience
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures during food handling and serving processes
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
- Basic math skills for cashiering, making change, and calculating bills accurately
- Experience in hospitality or food service environments is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
