Evening and weekend availability is required. This role is primarily scheduled for occasional weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Applicants who are not consistently available during these times will not be considered.

Established in 2007, PUEBCO is a Japanese lifestyle brand creating useful, everyday products inspired by industrial design and made from recycled materials and found objects.

We’re looking for an experienced Part-Time Keyholder to join our team at our Canadian flagship store at 640 Dufferin St. in Toronto.

This role is best suited to someone who enjoys connecting with customers, has a strong eye for visual merchandising, and takes pride in maintaining a welcoming, well-presented store. As a keyholder, you’ll be responsible for opening and closing the store, supporting daily store operations, and working closely with a small team to maintain PUEBCO’s customer experience, visual standards, and overall store presentation.

What You'll Do

- Open and close the store independently following established procedures
- Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service
- Contribute to store-wide sales growth as part of a collaborative team
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and overall store presentation standards
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, well-stocked, and visually engaging
- Support inventory accuracy, stock organization, and replenishment
- Build strong knowledge of the PUEBCO brand and product assortment
- Support social media content creation as needed




- Assist with Instagram stories, reels, product features, and behind-the-scenes content
- Assist with additional day-to-day store responsibilities as required

What We're Looking For

- Previous retail keyholder experience is required
- 3+ years of retail experience is strongly preferred
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high retail standards
- Basic computer skills
- Physically capable of performing the duties of the role
- Consistent availability for occasional weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Flexibility to provide additional coverage when required

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Shopify POS or another point-of-sale system
- Experience with visual merchandising and retail presentation
- Interest or experience in creating social media content for a retail, design, or lifestyle brand
