Job Type: Part-time, with potential to grow into full-time
AVID ProClean Inc. is looking for a reliable, highly detail-oriented cleaner to join our growing team.
We provide exceptional, detail-focused residential and commercial cleaning, and we are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and is willing to maintain the same high standards.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not the right position for someone who simply wants to “get the job done.” We expect thorough, professional cleaning and strong attention to detail. If you are not particular about the quality of your work, please do not apply.
Schedule & Availability
This is a part-time position with a variable schedule.
Hours and days may change from week to week depending on client needs. We need someone who has good flexibility and availability, including:
● Weekday daytime availability
● Occasional weekend work for a few hours
● Occasional after-hours commercial cleaning, generally starting around 5:00–5:30 PM
● Availability may vary from week to week
This is ideal for someone who wants part-time work now but has the flexibility to take on additional hours as the company grows.
Responsibilities
● Residential cleaning
● Commercial/office cleaning
● Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms and common areas
● Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitizing
● Following client-specific cleaning instructions
● Working independently and as part of a team
● Maintaining AVID ProClean’s high quality standards at every job
Requirements
● Excellent attention to detail
● Reliable, punctual and responsible
● Takes pride in producing exceptional results
● Able to work independently without constant supervision
● Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle required
● Comfortable travelling between client locations throughout the Niagara Region
● Flexible availability
● Able to perform the physical requirements of professional cleaning
● Professional and respectful when working in clients’ homes and businesses
Compensation
Starting pay: $20.00/hour
Mileage is reimbursed for required work-related travel.
There is an opportunity for increased hours and potentially a full time position for the right person who is reliable, flexible and consistently produces excellent work.
