Hybrid | Nov – Apr | Seasonal, Part-Time | Weekend On-Call Coverage

SABRE PROFICIENCY REQUIRED — candidates without working Sabre experience will not be considered

TTI is a boutique travel and event company specializing in corporate meetings, incentive travel, bespoke experiences, and leisure travel. We're looking for an experienced air professional who understands the airline industry, is comfortable working independently in Sabre, and can respond confidently when travel plans change — to support our Air team through our busy November–April season.

What You'll Do

Book, ticket, and manage individual and group air reservations

Work confidently within Sabre to create, modify, and manage reservations

Support TTI's Group Air team with corporate meetings, incentive programs, and special events

Assist with group blocks, passenger names, ticketing deadlines, and airline requirements

Manage schedule changes, cancellations, exchanges, rebooking, and other air disruptions

Respond to urgent traveller needs during assigned weekend on-call periods

Review reservations and passenger information carefully to ensure accuracy before ticketing

Communicate clearly and professionally with travellers, airlines, and the TTI team

Assist with air quotes, routing options, and fare comparisons

Maintain accurate documentation per TTI's air and quality-control processes

What We're Looking For

Working knowledge and proficiency in Sabre — REQUIRED





Previous experience in corporate, group, or leisure air travel

Strong knowledge of airline reservations, fares, ticketing, exchanges, and schedule changes

Experience managing travel disruptions and time-sensitive traveller requests

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when issues arise A calm, resourceful, solutions-oriented approach to unexpected travel situations

Availability for four scheduled weekends of on-call coverage

Group air, corporate meetings, or incentive travel experience — a robust asset

Schedule

Nov – Dec: ~30 hours total across the two months

Jan – Apr: ~20 hours per week

Fully remote within GTA

Weekend On-Call: 4-6 weekends during the contract

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $30–$35/hr (based on experience)

On-Call Pay: $100 per scheduled weekend + $35 per call

Contract Term: November through April
