Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts, Shipping, and Receiving Specialist to join our inhouse parts team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of parts and materials, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will help optimize inventory accuracy, streamline order fulfillment, and support productive warehouse distribution processes.

Duties

- Receive incoming shipments by accurately unloading and inspecting goods
- Prepare outgoing orders through precise order picking, packaging, and labeling to ensure accurate delivery
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software to track inventory levels and manage stock movements
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas for easy access and inventory control
- Assist with order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments for dispatch
- Conduct regular inventory counts using Autoleap to ensure stock accuracy




- Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with shipping carriers and internal teams
- Perform parts quoting for customers
- Answer phones, directing calls to other departments as necessary, taking customer information and creating quotes
- Aid in shop and yard cleanliness

Requirements

- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in shipping & receiving operations
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and order fulfillment procedures
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, measurements, and packaging needs
- Experience with e-commerce order picking, packing, and shipping procedures is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
