Role Description The Parts Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pouce Coupe, BC. This position is responsible for managing parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and tracking parts to support field and shop operations. Day-to-day tasks include processing parts orders and returns, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with technicians and operations staff to ensure timely availability of required parts, and verifying shipments and documentation.

The Parts

Specialist also assists with customer and internal inquiries, provides clear and professional communication,



and works to ensure that parts-related needs are met promptly and accurately. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with the wider team to support smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Inventory Control to maintain accurate stock levels and records.
- Effective Communication skills for working with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Previous experience in parts coordination, warehousing, or a related operations support role.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory or ERP systems and standard office software.
- Ability to lift and move parts as required, and to work safely in an industrial workplace.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry or industrial supply environment is an asset.
