We are seeking a motivated, customer- and sales-driven Parts Technician to join our growing Parts Department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, enjoys working with customers, and takes pride in delivering solutions.

You do not need to be a ticketed Parts Technician, we are open to varying levels of experience and will train and indenture the right individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

This is a customer-facing role supporting both external customers and internal service teams, where accuracy, responsiveness, and a sales mindset are key to success.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday – 8-hour day shift

OR

- 7 days on / 7 days off – 12-hour shifts (Wednesday to Tuesday)
- Overtime available but not mandatory

Your Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized parts department
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and internal customers, with the Service Department as the primary internal customer
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate, effective parts solutions
- Proactively support internal and external customers by managing parts needs, timelines, and communication
- Provide timely and accurate updates on parts status, estimates, and work order progress to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with parts inquiries, orders, and returns
- Manage and maintain inventory of parts, ensuring accurate stock levels and availability
- Source and order parts from suppliers, considering cost, quality, and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions, including receipts, invoices,



and inventory counts
- Provide warehousing support when needed

The Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service experience with a professional, solutions-focused approach
- Sales experience or a sales-oriented mindset
- Interest in working in the parts and equipment industry
- Willingness to learn parts systems, products, and internal processes
- Openness to training and potential indentureship opportunities
- Previous dealership or equipment industry experience is considered an asset
- Technical training or certification in parts management is an asset
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts, orders, and records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support both internal and external customers
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
