Pathways2Work is a flexible, no-cost employment program that combines personalized career coaching with creative virtual reality technology.

Participants can explore different occupations, experience realistic workplace environments, and practice employment skills in a safe and supportive setting. This opportunity is designed to empower job seekers by providing hands-on experience, skill development, and valuable insights into various industries.

This program is perfect for individuals eager to explore their potential and make impactful connections in a dynamic environment.

Through a personalized program plan, you may participate in:

- Virtual reality career and workplace simulations
- Career exploration and employment planning
- Identification of your strengths and transferable skills
- Employability, communication, and workplace-skills development
- Résumé, interview, and job-search preparation
- One-on-one guidance from experienced Bredin career coaches




- Connections to training, education, volunteer opportunities, or employment

Pathways2Work may be a good fit for individuals who are:
- At least 18 years of age
- Alberta residents
- Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or convention refugees
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Unemployed, marginally employed, or underemployed
- Ready to explore career options and work toward employment
- Willing to complete an assessment with Bredin Centre staff
