Vitality Kids is growing, and we're looking for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our brand-current pediatric clinic. This role is an ideal fit for an SLP who wants to build something meaningful.

Your Role As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist at Vitality Kids, you will:

- Support children and youth with speech, language, communication, and social communication needs — including children on the autism spectrum (ASD)
- Deliver therapy in a clinic setting as appropriate
- Design creative, play-based, and goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each child




- Collaborate closely with families, educators, and our multidisciplinary team (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Psychotherapy)
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and caregivers
- Contribute to the growth and culture of our pediatric team

Your Profile

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
- Appropriate professional liability insurance
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech-language pathology, including ASD
- Compassionate, flexible, and family-centred approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to work a mix of daytime, after-school, or early evening hours
- Excited to grow with the team and build a long-term career in pediatrics

Pay: $70.00-$87.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
