About the Role

Warehouse on Wheels is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to support our recruitment function in our Paris, Ontario location. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone to gain hands-on experience across the full hiring cycle, working closely with our People Operations team and hiring managers across our Ontario locations. This is a new role. Compensation will be $30.00 -$32.00 per hour based on a 40 hour work week.

Key Responsibilities

- Screen incoming resumes and applications against job requirements
- Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess fit and qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process (status updates, scheduling, follow-ups)
- Support job posting creation and distribution across job boards and internal channels
- Assist with onboarding preparation for new hires
- Provide general administrative support to the People Operations team as needed

Qualifications

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–2 years of experience in People Operations, recruitment, or administrative support (internship experience welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with an ATS or HRIS is an asset
- Discretion in handling confidential candidate and employee information
