Amadeus Music School offers private music lessons in a variety of instruments. We are seeking an advanced piano instructor with the RCM Grade 10 or ARCT qualification, exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with students of all ages and backgrounds

Responsibilities include

- Providing a suitable curriculum for students and setting goals for each student
- Adjust teaching strategies and methods for each individual student
- Be encouraging and passionate about teaching music
- Be up to date on schedules

- Being punctual
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress
- Building a strong relationship with the students to better help them succeed

- Prepare students for recitals

- Hand out progress reports

This position is needed for Saturdays specifically, with the option of adding additional days. Job Types: Part time, Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour

- Edmonton, AB T5S 2S1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:
- teaching: 1 year (preferred)
