Kelly Music Studio is an award-winning piano studio located in Oakville, known for outstanding student achievements in festivals and the Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) examination system. We specialize in training students at a competitive level and have consistently guided students to top awards locally and provincially.

Due to continued growth and high demand, our studio is currently at full capacity with a waiting list. As we are opening a second location in Oakville soon, we are seeking enthusiastic, responsible, and dedicated instructors to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Piano Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, one-on-one piano instruction. Lessons are conducted on a Kawai grand piano in a professional and supportive teaching environment.

Responsibilities

- Conduct individual piano lessons in a one-on-one setting
- Develop and implement structured lesson plans based on curriculum and RCM guidelines
- Prepare students for festivals, competitions, and examinations
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to both students and parents




- Update and refine teaching materials to ensure effectiveness
- Collaborate with studio management regarding student development and progress

Qualifications

- University degree in Music Performance, Music Education, or equivalent
- Familiarity with the RCM examination system
- Previous teaching experience is an asset
